This Yamaha MX100B Disklavier Upright Piano combines Yamaha's renowned acoustic craftsmanship with the innovation of early player-piano technology. Built on the reliable U1-style 48" upright frame, the MX100B delivers a responsive touch, balanced tone, and durable build quality. With the included Yamaha's original Disklavier playback system for automatic performance capability. This elevated design displays the inside hammer system through an acrylic front panel.

This original Yamaha Disklavier playback system uses floppy disks (DD) to store performance data in its proprietary E-SEQ format, featuring key and hammer sensors and solenoids to reproduce music on a real acoustic piano without a live pianist. Without the floppy disk it does not have the ability to record and playback. This piano is best for acoustic purposes only as the disklavier is out of date, it still powers on, but functionality is limited because of the media format needed.

Finished in Polished White, this instrument makes a beautiful statement both musically and visually.
