Based on the serial number 109428, this piano was manufactured in 1903 at the Steinway & Sons factory in New York, during what many consider the company's golden era of piano building. Steinway stopped production of the Model O in 1924, replacing it with the Model L. This Model O is the predecessor to the current, updated Model O recreated by Steinway today.
